I created this puzzle for the Asian Sudoku Championship, which took place on Jeju Island, South Korea at the start of February 2018. It is probably just below the middle of the Tough category:

If u give one additional given digit by adding #9 in cell number r8c5, it will lock r8c6 for #9. This additional #9 will give this puzzle a unique solution. #9 in cll r8c6 gives 4 more solutions. Plese check.
I liked the puzzle but I would rate it easy because I solved it in about 12 minutes without using pencil marks.
