    I solved this puzzle within 27 minutes, without the help of any app, as well as without pencil marks. This puzzle is solved with the help of my theory, "PRINCIPLE OF NATURAL ROTATION OF DIGITS AMONGST STACKS & OR BANDS." solved by
    GOVIND KALELE.
