British English Rules

All words must have at least three letters.
There is at least one nine letter word.
All words must include the red letter in the centre of the table.
If a letter appears once in the table, you may only use it once in each word.
If a letter appears twice in the table, you may use it once or twice in each word and so on.
You may only use British English spelling for this puzzle.
Plurals are allowed.
Verb conjugations are allowed. 
Comparatives and superlatives (e.g. big, bigger, biggest) are allowed.
Some well known abbreviations are allowed (e.g. gent, which is short for gentleman).
Proper nouns e.g. Andrew, London and Thames are not allowed. You can recognise these as they begin with a capital letter.
Local dialect is not allowed.
Offensive swear words are not allowed.
Acronyms, e.g. CIA, DVLA and MEP, are not allowed. 
The answers will usually be published a day or two after the puzzle.
