Sudoku Puzzle no 271 (Diabolical)

Erick Middleton, a member of my Sudoku Puzzles Facebook group, sent me some more puzzles a day or two ago. He creates them using a Perl script (whereas I use a C program). Here is one of his puzzles. It starts easily but has three tough / diabolical positions towards the end:
